SSC conducted the Paper-I examination in December 2025 at multiple exam centers across India. This stage evaluated candidates’ basic engineering knowledge, reasoning ability, and general awareness.

After completing the evaluation process, SSC declared the Paper-I result on 06 March 2026. Candidates who successfully qualified in this stage became eligible to appear in the next phase of the selection process.

SSC has scheduled the Tier-II (Paper-II) examination on 07 April 2026. Qualified candidates should prepare for this stage carefully, as it focuses on in-depth technical knowledge related to the candidate’s engineering discipline.
